A.DELIVERY PROCESS

All items are made-to-order. For custom products, the processing time will be 7-14 working days. General products will be 3-5 working days. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.(Due to the large number of orders recently, the delivery time may be delayed.)

If you change your mind before you receive your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

  1. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

3.Why Was My Order Canceled?

Orders that are marked fraudulent by our payment processors will be automatically canceled. Hiphopee will never cancel a legitimate order without reaching out. If your order was canceled it's likely that we reached out and did not hear back. The most common cancellations are duplicate orders.
